but they require you to be living in houston,

where are all the second chances scholarships,
the ones where they take into consideration
that you have duties as the oldest in the house
to take care of the little ones so youre unavailable
for a long sit at the desk for studying & unavailable
to get out of the house to do community stuff. . -___-
